Mail In Repair

If you're in the UK but are too far from our shop to drop it in, our mail in repair option will allow you to send your device to us. Once repaired we will then send the device back to the same address.

All repairs are subject to an initial diagnostic fee of £15 which is required in advance of any repair taking place. The device can be packaged and shipped at your convenience, you will need to source your own suitable packaging for your device. We will provide the postage label as shown in our Book a Repair form which you will receive after payment.

We are not liable for any issues that may arise during the shipping of your device. We highly recommend tracking the device when sending but it is optional. Once we receive your device along with the necessary repair information from our Book a Repair form, we will then proceed with the required repair.

If we encounter any issues that prevent us from proceeding we will contact you immediately. We will then discuss what options, if any, we have to get your device working.

1. Data. We are not liable for any Data lost from your device. This includes data stored on or accessed via your device. It is your responsibility to ensure that, prior to sending, your device has been backed up. We are not responsible and will not be held liable for any data loss which may occur as a result of these services.

2. Parts: We shall use Genuine, OEM or High Quality compatible parts for the repairs of all Devices. All repairs come with 6 months shop warranty excluding accidental damage.

3. Modification: If you wish to make a change to the repair, please contact us as soon as possible. We will let you know if the change is possible. If it is possible, we will let you know about any changes to the price of the services, their timing or anything else which would arise as a result of your requested change and ask you to confirm whether you wish to go ahead with the change. If a change will affect your use of the services or the price of the repair, we will let you know in advance of the further work being undertaken.
