To book a repair, visit our repairs page, select your device and the required repair, then order the service. Send your device to our repairs lab as listed on our contact page. We aim to repair and dispatch it the same day it arrives, and we'll notify you immediately if there are any delays. Alternatively, if you're unsure how to book a repair: Fill out the form on our Contact Us page with your contact details and a brief description of the issue. Our team will review your request and get in touch to schedule an appointment.

What is your refund and return policy?

You can return any product within 30 days for a full refund, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Certain items, like personalized goods or unsealed hygiene products, cannot be returned.
